Terms and Conditions of Use cuci7 Platform

1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the cuci7 platform — whether via the website, mobile app, or any other device — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full, along with all other policies published by cuci7 from time to time.

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and cuci7 regarding use of the platform. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to immediately cease using the platform and contact our support team to close your account.

2 Member Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use the cuci7 platform, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• Aged 18 years and above at the date of registration and throughout the entire period of platform use.
• Not a citizen or permanent resident of any country or region where online entertainment activities are prohibited by law.
• Not currently on the self-exclusion list of any recognised responsible gaming programme.
• Acting in a personal capacity and not as a representative or agent of any company or third party.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Cuci7 reserves the right at any time to request that a member submit identity verification documents to prove eligibility. This includes copies of an identity card, passport, proof of address, and other relevant KYC documents. Failure to provide the required documents may result in temporary suspension or permanent termination of the account.

3 Registration and Account Management

Each individual is only permitted to have one active cuci7 account at any one time. Owning, using, or controlling multiple accounts — whether directly or through a third party — constitutes a serious violation of these terms.

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information. You are also responsible for keeping that information up to date whenever changes occur. cuci7 is not liable for any issues arising from inaccurate or outdated information.

• Your account password must be kept secure and must not be shared with any other party.
• Members must notify cuci7 immediately if they suspect any unauthorised access to their account.
• Cuci7 will never ask for your password via email, message, or phone call. Please be vigilant against phishing attempts.
• Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available and strongly recommended for all members for added security.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

Cuci7 accepts deposits via a range of local Malaysian payment methods including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and direct bank transfer in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). All financial transactions are processed through industry-standard secure encryption systems.

Deposit conditions:

• The minimum deposit is as stated on the cuci7 platform's cashier page.
• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered under the member's own name.
• Cuci7 does not accept deposits from third-party sources or credit/debit cards not belonging to the member.

Withdrawal conditions:

• Withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account or digital wallet registered under the same name as the cuci7 account.
• Full KYC verification is required before the first withdrawal is processed. Submitted documents will be reviewed within the stipulated timeframe.

Cuci7 offers a variety of promotions to members from time to time. Each promotion is subject to the specific terms and conditions stated alongside the relevant offer. The general conditions that apply to all cuci7 promotions are as follows:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible members in accordance with each promotion's terms.
• Wagering requirement must be fully met before any wins derived from a bonus are permitted for withdrawal.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or directly converted to cash before wagering requirements are met.
• Cuci7 reserves the right to cancel any bonus suspected of being obtained through fraud, abuse, or a violation of these terms.

6 General Gaming Rules

All games available on the cuci7 platform — including slot games, live casino, bingo, and sports betting — are subject to the specific rules stated within each game. The general rules that apply across all game categories are:

• Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) certified by a recognised independent auditing body.
• Any technical disruption during gameplay will be resolved based on cuci7's server records, which serve as the final reference.
• Cuci7 reserves the right to void or suspend any bet suspected of involving a technical fault, system error, or manipulation.
• Members are not permitted to use any automated software, bots, or other technical methods to gain an unfair advantage in games.

7 Prohibited Member Conduct

Use of the cuci7 platform must at all times comply with the established code of conduct guidelines. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination:

• Registering false information, impersonating another person, or concealing one's true identity.
• Using illegally obtained funds or engaging in any money laundering activity.
• Colluding with other members to manipulate game outcomes or unfairly exploit the bonus system.
• Using third-party software, automation scripts, or any technical method to gain an unfair advantage.
• Harassing, threatening, or behaving disrespectfully toward cuci7 support staff or other members on the platform.
• Attempting to access systems, databases, or other members' accounts without authorisation.

8 Account Suspension and Termination

Cuci7 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision within these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to submit identity verification documents within the stipulated timeframe.
• Request by the relevant authorities or a recognised regulatory body.
• Members may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting cuci7 support.

If an account is terminated for a valid reason (no terms violation), any existing balance will be returned to the member via the payment method used, once the review process is complete.

9 cuci7 Liability Limits

Cuci7 is not liable for any losses — whether direct, indirect, consequential, or otherwise — arising from:

• Service disruptions due to scheduled or unplanned system maintenance.
• Delays or failures caused by factors beyond cuci7's control, such as payment provider or internet disruptions.
• Valid game outcomes that a member considers unsatisfactory.
• Losses arising from a member's own account security breach.

In all circumstances, cuci7's maximum total liability to any member shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10 Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to cuci7's operations. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms or the use of the cuci7 platform shall be resolved through a mutually agreed arbitration process before any formal legal action is taken.

Members agree that any claim or dispute must be filed within 12 months from the date of the incident giving rise to the dispute. Claims filed after this period will not be entertained.
